Kenyon House is a uniquely designed two-story guest house with 2 living rooms (one large and one small), 2 fully-equipped kitchens (one large and one small), 2.5 bathrooms, 2 laundry systems, 4 entrances (2 private), and many closets. Guests are welcome to share the common spaces as they choose and are asked to clean up after themselves when they are done.

House Rules:

  • Kenyon House is a 100% smoke-free space — indoors and out. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the premises.

  • We cannot permit pets, except where required by law, as many guests and prospective guests are allergic to them.

  • We are a friendly-to-everyone household, and we do not discriminate based on sex / gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, etc. Though we frequently have female guests, we cannot guarantee an all-female household.

Freebies

We include the following services and items so that your stay can be as light, comfortable, and stress-free as possible! We ask that guests use these conscientiously.

  • hand vacuums, brooms, dustpans

  • first aid kits, fire extinguishers

  • hair dryers, irons

  • starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, sponges, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaning sprays, etc.)

  • starter pantry (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.)

  • 1 off-street parking space (please inquire about availability)

  • 1 visitor street parking pass (please inquire about availability)

  • biweekly maid service

  • 100% wind-powered electricity

  • water

  • high-speed internet

  • bed and bath linens

  • dishes, utensils, cookware
