Small Pleasures

When I'm waiting in lines, especially lines that move quickly, I become interested in what makes them work well.  Someone thought the process through, experimented, and came up with a change to improve how things flow. We just went through the security line and they had a machine that automatically dispensed huge trays for your belongings! I've seen this at one other airport, and I love it this time again. It's the small pleasures.
